Hi, I'm Bree. I believe some of the answers we spend our lives searching for aren't somewhere outside of us. Sometimes they're already there — beneath the noise, old beliefs, fears, and experiences that have made it difficult to see ourselves clearly.

My curiosity about the mind — how much it carries beneath the surface, and how much room there is to change once we finally listen to it — led me to hypnotherapy. I'm a Certified Hypnotherapist through the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (ACHE), and every session reminds me why I chose this work.

When you sit with me, you don't need to have everything figured out or find the perfect words. My role isn't to judge you, fix you, or tell you who you should become. It's to listen, support you, respect your boundaries, and create a space quiet enough for you to hear yourself again.

There is something beautiful about watching someone recognize a possibility they couldn't see before. That's what continues to draw me back to this work, session after session.
